03/13/63: Dispatch from COS, JMWAVE to Chief, Special Affairs Staff: ..."2. It will be noted that the examinations on AMICE/27 and AMICE/14 were inconclusive. It is the opinion of both Keith D. Winett, the LCFLUTTER examiner and Irving N. Peggins, the Case Officer, that AMICE/27 will refuse a second LCFLUTTER and quit the operation if he should be asked to undergo it again..." - - - Page 3: 03/08/63: Memo from Keith D. Winett to Irving N. Peggins: Subject: AMTRUNK/3 and AMICE/14: AMTRUNK/3 was LCFLUTTERed by Paul I. Napolilli on 6 March 1963. Because Napolilli was unable to dictate the report he left the following notes. AMTRUNK/3's role in the plan is to provide the landing point on the Cuban coast. Subject told the following people that he was joining with AMICE/27 and AMTRUNK/2; in an ODYOKE (U.S. Government) sponsored operation: Carlos David Hernandez, about 28 years of age, of 322 Bloomsfield, Heboken, New Jersey. Justo Alfonso, approximately 23 years old of 6042 Park Avenue, West New York, New Jersey. Wilfredo Sanchez, 5811 Palisades Street, West New York, New Jersey. Carlos Manuel Gonzalez, 810 West Street, Apt. 11, Union City, New Jersey. Subject's test results indicate no involvement with communism or foreign intelligence. AMICE/14: This interview was also conducted by Paul I. Napolilli on 6 March 1963. Subject stated that he had been tested twice previously, once by KUBARK (CIA) and once when he attempted to join the U.S. Army. Subject told Napolilli that he felt that the Army had rejected him because of the test, but he did not know what had gone wrong. Subject's test results on 6 March are inconclusive. No information of interest was obtained during the interview. A formal report on these two cases will be made by Napolilli when he returns to JMWAVE. (Signed) Keith D. Winett."
