11/22/60 cable from MASH to Director: "13 Nov Manuel Ray contacted in Tampa by Wiesinger using name Ray Adams for purpose follow up Manson initial discussions re MRP intel org...Ray in Adams presence instructed AMCHIRP-1 to work closely with Adams and to prepare detailed work charts and requirements MRP intel units."

6/2/61: Memorandum on Manolo Ray and the MRP: "...On 1 June 1961 Mr. (Tracy) Barnes called me to say that Mr. (Richard) Goodwin had been visited by Mr. Ernesto Betancourt who asked for immediate financial support for certain activities of the MRP which would run around $10,000 dollars...I called Eugenio (Cisneros) and made a date for me and Ray Dubois (Ray Adams is the name he uses with Ray and Ciseneros) to call on him...(Cisenros informed us he needed pesos) to use in support of his sabotage and underground activities in Cuba...it was now possible for people to buy their way out of prison by bribing one of the many communist lawyers and judges..."

104-10274-10224: REPORT ON DEVELOPMENT OF AN INCOMING SW MESSAGE

5/12/64 message from Micheal E. Capolillo in Puerto Rico to Charles Wiesinger of WAVE/CI in Miami regarding AMKNOB-1's letter sent on 5/10/64. The letter is described as "One page SW (secret writing). Good development and legible." Could the man known as "Mike Kelley" also be "Michael Capolillo"?
