Discussion:
A report from Charlotte Bustos-Videla in July, 1972, stated that Utstine was on TDY in Mexico in the second half of 1967, and was working in WH/1.

Other files with both Utstine and Zerance appearing on the same document, with the latter being the Authenticating Officer, are:

Zerance was in WH/1. Moreover, Jane Zerance was a member of the LAD/JFK Task Force in the 1970's, along with William C. Sturbitts, Christine Hopkins, Felipe Acevado, Kathleen Blevins, Taylor Belcher, Robert Wall, Jack Friedlander and Russell Holmes.
