Pseudonym: Sagger, Richard
On October 6, 1958, Richard D. Sagger signed Michael Choaden's (David Phillips) PRQ Part II document. Sagger was possibly Phillips' case officer. The document mentioned that "Subject and case officer have known each other socially for several years, and their meetings are under social cover."
Sagger also signed two dispatches in October of 1958 either as Chief of Station (COS), Havana, or someone who worked below the COS.
