A cable on October 9, 1963, stated that Theodore G. Ronganne departed the Mexico City Station on October 7, 1963, to Walpole, Massachusetts, on emergency leave until October 12, 1963. This was around a week after the alleged visit of Lee Harvey Oswald to Mexico City.
