Noreen D. Metenett signed dispatches in the name of the Chief, Western Hemisphere Division, in 1966 and 1967. Ellen Scoggin, WH/COG/CICS, was the Originating Officer of these dispatches. The dispatches were on AMMUG-1 (Vladimir Lahera Rodriguez).
