08/29/62: CIA document: LICOOKY-1 (Viola June Cobb): "LICOOKY-1 was a Headquarters contact up until her return to Mexico in 1961. She was first contact by Clyde K. Shryock on 30 June 1961 at her apartment, as per instructions from Headquarters (HMMW 9800). Clyde K. Shryock used the name 'Bill Mannix'...Clyde K. Shryock - known as 'Bill Mannix.'"
