The other CIA officers listed in the two documents were Andrew K. Reuteman (pseudonym for Ted Shackley), Henry J. Sloman (pseudonym for Tony Sforza), Clarence Smeryage (probably a pseudonym for Tom Clines) and Henry P. Rebholtz (possibly a pseudonym for Evalena S. Vidal).

Approving Officer: Andrew K. Reuteman. "Sources: Para 1: Jose Ignacio Lazaga, Chief of the MRR. Paras. 2 & 3: AMOT-84 from Jose Caragol Aragon. Paras. 4-7: AMRAZZ-1 (Joaquin Godoy y Solis) who received the plan through MRP channels. It is believed that this is the plan which AMBRONC-5 (Juan Manuel Guillot Castellanos) carried to Cuba when he was sent there by KUBARK (CIA) as part of an MRR operation. The MRR, anxious to know if we were backing this plan, is being told through AMRAZZ-1 that they should not have anything to do with the plan and to stay away from AMBRONC-5 because we have heard that he has possibly been picked up. The sympathetic group outside of Cuba which is mentioned in para. 4 & 7 is KUBARK. The U. S. official in para. 2 is Richard Goodwin of State..."
