A MRR letter was addressed to Carl James in September of 1965. This was at a time when Carl Jenkins was working with the group in the AMWORLD project.

HQs still pressing for completion AMBIDDY-1 (Manuel Artime Buesa) passport but plan send him JMRYE black flight from JMFIG (the Opa-locka air station) 4 Jan. Zaboth (probably Carl Jenkins) to accompany with Mr. Ed Johnson ops officer for JMRYE. 2. Twelve radio men JMRYE to be returned same flight with equipment. Mr. Freud to accompany. Will be safehoused HQs area and given further commo training. Legal entrants will be dispatched singly ASAP after arrival. 3. Zaboth remain JMRYE about five days to handle A-1 integration into infil group and select four agent types best qualified legal reentry. Plan maximum effort January legal infil under general cover students returning home at end semester. Infiltrees mission to establish commo and reception subsequent teams. Box 9549, Arlington 22209, Virginia: "Dear Friend: I wish to submit for your approval this extraordinary budget in order to be able to reimburse the Movimiento for the expenses I incurred during my last trip, during which I believe I obtained very interesting reports...This is only my last trip, taken at your behest. If it is possible to reimburse this amount, I would be extraordinarily appreciative."
