Pseudonym: Fortson, Oliver
Note for the four men identified in 104-10312-10362 below: Rip Robertson (Irving Cadick) was also known as William Rutherford. See a second source: 104-10312-10363, which shows "Rutherford and Kelly and Barton" all working together at sea.
I believe "the fourth man" involved in TILT, Oliver Fortson, is yet another pseudo for Tony Sforza. Fortson's alias is identified as Maximo de Cordova. Cordoba is identified here as Department of Army, Intelligence Officer, which would mean he was cross-designated with CIA.
The real name of Alan Barton/Martin Laurenkus may be Rudy Enders. Alan Barton/Laurenkus may also have been known as Philip Glavasco. Glavasco and Cadick were photographed by Life in Operation TILT, Glavasco was also known as Rudy! Op TILT memo says "load pax rudy"
John Prados refers to Rudy Enders as a paramilitary specialist and boatman, Enders made his mark as a maritime officer with the Miami base on Cuban operations...paramilitary chief of the CIA in the 1980s. (Safe for Democracy, page xx)
Mickey Kelly is a pseudo for small boat operator Mickey Kappes, referred to as "Mike" in this infamous JFK/Cuba Soldier of Fortune article that should be reviewed - it's hard to find. John Martino is the star. See 104-10312-10172, p. 3 and elsewhere.

104-10276-10049: CABLE: MISSION SUCCESSFUL
July 1963, Mexico City to Director with AMROD slugline: AMRIFT-1 identified as Sinobas in marginalia. AMRIFT meets with Fortson, brings a couple of tails with him but Fortson shakes them off. Fortson passes on "Cano reports" (note: probably reports that can be found on MFF from agent named Cano) AMRIFT tries to turn Fortson over to Vega, Fortson refuses, asks for better communications system. Fortson goes into hiding for few days after meeting. Scantling (Juan Nepomuseno Frias Ramirez) demands and receives apology from AMRIFT for supposed "bad faith".
104-10187-10007: DISPATCH:LIEMPTY PROGRESS REPORT / SECOND QUARTER
Circa August 1963: "The support provided by the two AMROD (CIA program designed to split the Castro regime, with a special focus on the Soviet-aligned Vice Minister of Defense Joaquin Ordoqui) cutouts, Oliver G. SCANTLING (Juan Nepomuseno Frias Ramirez ) and Raymond H. Gerende (Ramon Joseph Alvarez Durant), in the AMROD operation was essential to this operation. Due to the long operational experience of these agents in the Mexico City operational environment their aid in both the planning and execution stages of the AMROD operation has been unique. The cutouts provided professional level countersurveillance during the actual meetings between AMRIFT-1 (Ramon Sinobas) and Oliver FORTSON (ps), passed letters to the LIERODE (Cuban embassy photosurveillance) operation, wrote many letters and placed numerous phone calls...and have actually carried on the daily activity of the operation."

104-10332-10014: ARRB-CIA ISSUES: JOHN SCELSO
Agee discusses the role of Stan Archenhold in setting up AMROD (CIA program designed to split the Castro regime, with a special focus on the Soviet-aligned Vice Minister of Defense Joaquin Ordoqui) in CIA Diary, p. 532. Also see PLAYBOY Interview with Ex-CIA agent Philip Agee, (1975), where he discusses it in more colorful terms: https://www.mail-archive.com/ctrl@listserv.aol.com/msg29496.html "I remember, for instance, the case of Joaquin Ordoqui, who was an old-time leader of the Communist movement in Cuba. I don't know if he was ever a CIA agent, but a decision was made to burn him in order to create dissension in Cuba. So a series of letters implicating him as a CIA agent was sent to the Cuban embassy in Mexico City. In 1964, Ordoqui was placed under house arrest in Cuba and the case caused a lot of friction there. Just before he died in 1974, though, he was exonerated. In 1966, Stan Archenhold, the CIA officer who dreamed up this burning operation, got the Intelligence Medal --the CIA's biggest merit badge-- for it."
