Discussion:
Harold Swenson submitted a document on operational expenses for AMMUG-1 in June of 1964. On the list at number six was Virgil Reidmiller.

A document submitted by Vivian A. Petrowski and Daniel Flores in July, 1964, mentioned that Reidmiller had accompanied AMMUG-1 for a meal, to a nightclub, the movies, and a baseball game during that month.

Flustikoff was the author of two memoranda in 1966 and 1967 on AMCLEVE-15 (Luis Posada Carriles).

In 1966, Gary L. Flustikoff was working in the Counter Intelligence (CI) Branch of the CIA. In 1967, he was working in IO/3.

Pursuant to discussions by Chief of Station, Chief CI and Chief Training, AMCLEVE/15 (Luis Posada Carriles) will be transferred to CI Branch effective 1 August 1966. 2. AMCLEVE/15 will be used by CI to report on the activities of a 'Central Junta', which is being organized to govern the activities of RECE, Comandos L, MRTN and the AVBC. As reported in reference by AMCLEVE/15, the above exile organizations have recently combined forces and have asked AMCLEVE/15 to work with them in the 'Central Junta.' 3. AMCLEVE/15 began employment with WOFACT (CIA) during April 1966 and served as an instructor in the Maritime Training Section from July 1965 to 1 August 1966 when he was transferred to CI Branch to report on the activities of RECE, a Miami based Cuban exile group, from 1 August 1966 until above termination date. 3.
