Manley K. (or V.) Fevola was known to AMMUG-1 by the alias of "Mr. Brown." Also, Fevola signed a dispatch in March of 1961 as either the Chief of Station (COS) of Bogota, or someone worked under the COS.

The dispatch mentioned above was sent to Toomey among others. Toomey was a pseudonym for William Kent. The Routing and Record Sheet appeared to contain a comment mentioning Toomey.

Manola V. Fevola." - - - Page 1 is the Routing and Record Sheet: The dispatch went to mostly WH/4 branches. "7. Toomey." Toomey was a pseudonym for William Kent. One of the comments read: "Copy out to WCH/2/Bogota." Part of another comment read: ..."+ 7 support for vision." Toomey/Kent was number 7 in the To column.
