The dispatch mentioned above was sent to Toomey among others. Toomey was a pseudonym for William Kent. The Routing and Record Sheet appeared to contain a comment mentioning Toomey.

Manola V. Fevola." - - - Page 1 is the Routing and Record Sheet: The dispatch went to mostly WH/4 branches. "7. Toomey." Toomey was a pseudonym for William Kent. One of the comments read: "Copy out to WCH/2/Bogota." Part of another comment read: ..."+ 7 support for vision." Toomey/Kent was number 7 in the To column.
