Discussion:
Dendy as Chief, Special Operations Branch, signed Irving Devuono's (Grayston Lynch) Fitness Report for July 1, 1965 to December 31, 1965, on February 17, 1966. Hugh R. Dendy was still Chief, Special Operations Branch in April of 1967, when he wrote a memo on a promotion recommendation for Devuono.

In addition, two CIA documents in 1968 mentioned that Hugh R. Dendy was exposed to AMHINT-56 (Juan Francisco Blanco Fernandez) and AMSTALK-1 (Miguel Angel Diaz Isalgue) as "George."
