There is no Mr. Greg Vitale but we assume the reference is to Mr. Guy Vitale. Both Mr. Guy Vitale and Mr. Calvin Hicks have retired. The following information is provided so that the HSCA may make arrangements for interviews directly if they wish to do so: A. Guy Vitale, 107 N. Virginia Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771, Tele: 323-5369. B. Calvin Hicks, 1608 Imperial Ridge, Lascrusas, New Mexico 88001, Tele: 522-7905. 2. The pseudonyms and aliases assigned to Messrs. Vitale and Hicks are contained in the separate cover attachment keyed to this memorandum with date of issue indicated. 3. Files will be made available when they are received from Archives."
