Discussion:
Also, Astrahan is mentioned by Theodore (Ted) Shackley in a cable in May, 1962. More dispatches from February, 1962, with Jane D. Astrahan as the originating officer can be found here: https://www.maryferrell.org/search.html?q=ASTRAHAN&types=D PW was a small unit - I believe Evalina Vidal/Alice B. Caponong may be this individual using Jane Astrahan as an alias.

104-10233-10327: DISPATCH: OPERATIONAL- -TRANSMITTAL OF PASSAVOY MEMO NO. 177

02/08/62, Dispatch from COS, JMWAVE to Chief, WH: "Transmitted under separate cover is Memorandum No. 177 submitted by Theodore F. Passavoy. Occurrences such as those described in this memorandum only serve to intensify the growing dislike between AMBUD-1 and AMCORE-2 and lessen the prestige of the AMBUD organization still further in the eyes of those aware of the factionalism that plagues the exile movement. AMCORE-2's talents are almost completely confined to being a rabble-rousing public speaker and at this he is excellent, as acknowledged by the referenced cable. It is unfortunate that this talent is not combined with personal discipline, common sense and unselfish devotion to the cause of Cuba." Originating Officer: Jane D. Astrahan, Office: PW.
