DOB: 6/5/34; 1959-1961 Adviser to a U.S. Senator and to Vice President of USA (Lyndon Johnson). From 1963, Deputy Director of Peace Corps. 1966 Member of Group 54-12 (Government Control Organ for CIA). On November 26, 1963, Deputy Attorney General Nicholas Katzenbach wrote Presidential Assistant Bill Moyeers, stating "that the facts should be made public in such a way as to satisfy the people of the U.S. and abroad, that the facts have been told and a statement to this effect be made now." The public should be satisfied that Oswald was the assassin and speculation about his motive ought to be cut off.
