DOB: 1/22/23 POB: Cuba; DOD: 7/5/2000 at age 77; POD: Miami, FL; wife: Marisol; air conditioning engineer. Former Batista diplomat. New Orleans director Anti-Castro Cuban Democratic Revolutionary Front. Fired for dishonesty. Friend of Guy Banister and David Ferrie. Was in Houston on 11/22/63. Was accused of embezzling funds. CIA denied any connection between him and agency. When Sue Blake, Teller preferred by Jack Ruby at Merchants State Bank, moved out of the Lake Gardens apartment, Arcacha moved in. Apparently talked to CIA with Carlos Quiroga. At death, survived by wife, four daughters, one son, nine grandchildren.
