His phone number was in Ralph Eugene Young's room at the Ambassador Hotel in Chicago in Aug. 1950. Investigation concerned Jack Ruby and possible violation of Atomic Energy Act. (Ethel Rosenberg arrested 8/11/50 as Russian spy. Ruby came to Dallas from Chicago in Spring of 1948.)
