DGI with whom LHO had contact re "source" to CIA. Vega's Cuban intelligence pseudonym is MARCOS. He is Cuban IS Chief in Mexico. Is he the Manuel Vega who replaced Alfredo Mirabal in Mexico City on April 16, 1964?
