Immigration Service # A 12 490 987. 105-112098 (Alpha 66). Served with Notice Not to Depart March 30, 1963. Restricted to land limits of Dade County, Florida. Secretary of Finance Alpha 66. He made a speech in Dallas on April 19, 1963 (CD 1085u4). His daughter, Anna, was a reporter with Miami News. One of Veciana's code names was Carlos (see David Atlee Phillips' book The Carlos Contract). In 1978, Veciana told Tony Summers that his contact with Bishop from 1963 on (when he needed to get in touch with him and couldn't reach him) was Dolores Cao (pronounced Chow). Anti-Castroite. Cousin-in-law of Orestes Guillermo RUIZ Perez, employed in Cuban Embassy in Mexico City.
