Marine veteran (Corporal on 8/6/56). Member of John Birch Society. Possessed "small arsenal". Arrested May 1963 in Knoxville, TN for DWI. Arrested Nov. 2, 1963, in Chicago at Wilson and Damen Sts. for traffic violation. At time of arrest, was driving 1962 Falcon with New York license 311 ORF. Secret Service conducted pretext interview 10/30/63 and gave Vallee's name to Chicago police 2 days prior to 11/2/63 (day JFK's trip to Soldier's Field was cancelled because of assassination threat). According to Vallee's relatives, Vallee died in a Chicago hospital in 1990.
