201-242256. SF#353 459. Santos Trafficanti's contact in the Bay of Pigs Operation. In July 1961 the Asst. Atty. Gen. wrote memo to FBI re Sturgis, Hemming, and Neutrality Matters. (MMF 1783). Sturgis testified before Watergate Committee (MMF 1781). The Rockefeller Commission looked into allegation that Sturgis and Jack Ruby were involved with Carlos Prio (MMF 1784-1785). DOB: 12/9/24.
