Operation TILT (known as Bayo-Pawley Affair), launched June 9, 1963, (planned for June 10, 11, 12, 1963) to infiltrate ten Cuban exiles into northern coast of Oriente with intention of exfiltrating four Soviet officers who were knowledgeable of Soviet missile activities in Oriente. Planned by Eddie Bayo and Wm. Pawley. Article re plot to destroy Kennedy and invade Cuba, by Miguel Acoca and Robert K. Brown, appeared in Soldier of Fortune Magazine.
