Comments:

"Source" gave tip re Robert Nieto and Chicom plot. FBI insisted on talking to "source." CIA refused. CIA 357-72 indicates source is a female in Nassau (as of December 9, 1963) but would be returning to Cuba. CIA 362-146 probably refers to same source but does not specify gender but calls source a "Western diplomat."
