SAIC Gordon Shanklin wrote Hoover on 12/22/63 that Dr. Maury Soltes made arrangements for FBI SA to wait at Lee Harvey Oswald's bedside in event there was a confession. Is he the doctor who accompanied Vincent Drain on 11/22/63? (Vol 18, p. 795) Wife: Beverly. He is a surgeon. In 1993, is Dr. Richard Soltes, 3434 Swiss Ave., Dallas, TX 75204, (214) 827-8324 a son of Dr. Maury Soltes?
