DOB: 10/10/29. POB: Havana, Cuba. Married a girl from Jackson, LA, and lived in Jackson from 1958 to 1964. Was employed associate professor and consultant at Tulane but lived on grounds of Jackson Mental Hospital. He did consulting work for the institution and was on its payroll for a very short time the month of May 1963. It was alleged that Oswald, when attempting to register to vote at Clinton, stated he lived with a doctor at the Jackson State Hospital, according to a report from Lt. Fruge of the State Police.
