Comments:

An unidentified man in a bar in Harlingen in May or June 1963 told Shand that "the first time Kennedy sets foot in Texas we are going to kill him." Man claimed to have been a World War II fighter pilot now employed as a crop duster. Man said he was going to Olney, Texas, to Snow Aircraft Company. Mr. Clyde Elliott thought unidentified man was Chuck Rogers.
