Lawyer with Sessions, Sessions & Ackels, 711 Fidelity Union Tower, Dallas. Earl Ruby gave his name to Burt Griffin of the Warren Commission in a letter dated 6/6/64. Died Tuesday, October 24, 1989. Survived by wife Susan W. Sessions, an attorney. (Leonard E. Hoffman, Jr., was with Sessions & Sessions in 1967. Hoffman became Judge of the 160th Judicial District Court.)
