Was Assistant District Attorney of New Orleans. Marguerite Oswald wanted to know who was Dist. Atty. and who was Mayor when Sere was Asst. D.A. The young Raoul Sere was still alive (1969) and practicing law on Jefferson Drive Parkway, New Orleans.
