Taxi cab driver who had just dropped "fare" off at 321 N. Ewing where Kathy Kay lived in same complex at 325 N. Ewing. Witnessed Tippit slaying. Positive of identification of LHO 11/23/63 (CD 5, p. 76); not certain 11/25/63 (CD 5, p. 77)
