201-0289835 (or 201-0289885 re John Newman's book, Oswald and the CIA, p. 581, note 133). At one time, violently pro-Castro. Very wealthy. Successor to Arcacha Smith as head of New Orleans branch of Cuban Revolutionary Council (anti-Castro organization)
