Prominent Dallas citizen. He went to City Hall after leaving a party at 11:15 pm on 11/22/63. Owner of Dallas baseball club. Knew Jack Ruby but not LHO. FBI Agent Clements saw Geo Schepps at the City Hall when LHO was being transferred between offices. Married three times: Lilly (mother of George, Jr.); Dixie Jones (who built Dallas Kennedy Center); and Evelyn.
