Minister who conducted funeral services for Lee Harvey Oswald after two Lutheran ministers refused after having agreed to conduct the services. Died April 9, 1998, at his home in Dallas. Survived by wife, Jeanne; daughter, Susan, of Carrollton, TX; two sons, John, of Coppell, TX, and James, of Dallas; two brothers, John of Dinwiddie, VA., and Ken, of Winston-Salem, N.C.
