"A burglar on parole from Maimi... had worked for CIA in Miami for 2 yeas, and at one time had been brought to New Orleans for training in the anti-Castro training camp across the lake from new Orleans for purpose of returning to Cuba t kill Castro." As of Aug 22, 1978, he was in a Kansas mental institution, according to Tony Summers.
