FBI Special Agent. On 11/24/63, he and four other Special Agents proceeded to Parkland Hospital where immediate liaison was established in the operating corridor where LHO had been taken. Liaison was established with Dr. Maury Soltes and through him with Dr. Tom Shires. Preparations were made to be ready to take a dying declaration from LHO and Special Agents Brown and Heitman donned operating clothing and took positions outside the operating room in the event LHO wished to talk.
