Owner of Habana Bar, 117 Decatur, New Orleans, LA. Got his passport June 25, 1963, same day as LHO. That passport, No. D-092577, "returned" to him by Secret Service Agent Anthony E. Gerrets on July 23, 1964. (Oswald's passport was No. D-092526.) He was in Mexico May 8, 1963. Had an arrest record. Two brothers: Ruperto and Andres.
