DOB: 1/24/30. POB: Lincoln, Nebraska. Member of the "gay set" in Dallas. Allegedly met LHO in company of Jack Ruby when Ruby went to Patterson's T-V shop. Ruby took a microphone there to be repaired on 11/1/63. Patterson's employee Charles Arndt waited on Ruby. Patterson had Carousel Club pass #171. Dissolving his business, Contract Electronics, at 2533 Elm St. His business partner had been Donald C. Stuart.
