Soviet Agent. Entered U.S. late in 1958. DOB: 2/26/19. The actual Baltch was a Roman Catholic priest whose DOB: 2/17/24. Baltch had passport of a coach from Abilene, TX named Jackson. Married Joy Ann Garber 4/20/59 in New York, NY. The Baltches were caught 7/2/63.
