Served as Secretary to Special Group (Augmented) meeting of 10 August 1962 in Dean Rusk's office re assassinating Castro. In Sept 6, 1963, memo from Gordon Chase to Bundy, Parrott is mentioned as one of those in White House with specific knowledge of exile raids and Operation MONGOOSE. On May 23, 1973, Parrott was interviewed by SSCI (MMF 1870-1877).
