Comments:

Reportedly in charge of LaCombe training camp. Went to New York or Union City in early 1966 and then to Boston. File (CIA ?) shows his MDC connection but nothing re LaCombe camp. DOB: 9/18/18. 5' 7", 185 lbs. Blue eyes, brown hair. Batista's "assistant". Went from New Orleans to Miami Aug 3, 1963. Went to Miami FBI office that day, accompanied by Heriberto Valdes.
