In Feb 1969, Ruth Paine testified at Clay Shaw's trial in New Orleans, "Oswald told me he might look for work in Philadelphia." (New Orleans Times Picayune, Feb 23, 1969). In 1993, Ruth Paine is working as a psychologist in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, public schools but spends time in Nicaragua. Her sister, Sylvia Hyde Hoke, had been with Naval Intelligence.
