CIA code name for a proposed paramilitary force outside of Cuba together with logistical support for covert operations within Cuba embodied in a memorandum entitled, "A Program of Covert Action Against the Castro Regime," dated 16 march 1960. Run by Zenith Technical Enterprises located in a colonial-style building on the University of Miami's south campus. Dismantled after demise of Operations PLUTO and MONGOOSE. See also JMWAVE.
