A 31-yr-old Irving, TX, man who says he met Clay Shaw in New Orleans in Nov 1966 when he was in New Orleans to "promote a bullfight." His name and Dallas address, P.O. 19106 were in Shaw's address book. Jim Garrison said same number, PO 19106, was in LHO's notebook.
