26-yr-old white male, standing on Triple Underpass. Witnessed assassination. Worked for Texas and Louisiana Freight Bureau, 215 Union Terminal Bldg., Dallas, RI 1-1396. Said prior to motorcade, a police officer checked identification of everyone on the railroad overpass and turning away anyone who was not employed by the railroad.
