DOB: 3 August 1911; POB: Atlantic City, New Jersey. "Small time gangster." Involved in financing Operation TILT (Bayo-Pawley Affair). Cryptonyms (?) Chloroform and Juaguar (?) He said LHO was in Miami in 1962. Died in 1975. Survived by widow, Florence, and son, Edward. Florence Martino died in 1994 at age 80.
