Motorcycle officer to left rear (outside) of President's car. In 1980, he and his wife, Jeanine Topaz Martin, live in Wheeler, TX, and he delivers warrants for Sheriff's office in Canton. He and Jean Hill were friends for years. He witnessed assassination. (See Last Dissenting Witness by Hill)
