Comments:

Aide to General Philip C. Wehle. Was approximately 12 to 15 feet away from table where JFK's autopsy was being performed. Told Lifton that he was absolutely certain a second or decoy ambulance was used when the president's body was taken from Andrews Air Force Base to Bethesda Naval Hospital for the autopsy. Interviewed by Andrew Purdy and Mark Flanagan 1/11/78 in Baton Rouge.
