DOB: 11/4/04. POB: Estonia. Seaman aboard SS American Flyer, United States Lines, 9/22/64. On 11/22/63, he was crew member of SS Thunderbird and was in Constantinople, Turkey. Approximately 11/26/63, engaged in conversation with Turkish Army officer who thought Madame Nhu was behind assassination.
