DOB: 11/29/25; POB: New York City. Wife: Flor Teresa Patron. The AID official who helped bring down the Arbenz government in Guatemala in 1954. He was in Venezuela in 1963 and helped "destabilize" the Nkrumah government in Ghana in 1966. Served as political director of the U.S. Embassy in Chile in 1971.
