Did he start "assisting" J. Walton Moore, head of CIA Dallas office? Died June 16, 1992, Dallas, TX. Survived by widow: Mary Margaret Davis Kail; sons: Samuel Goodhue Kail, Jr., Robert Gardner Kail; daughter: Anna Marilla Kail, all of Dallas; brother: Ira Joseph Kail, Petersburg, Va.; brother-in-law: Thomas Bradley Wolfe, Bethesda, MD. Burial: Grove Hill Memorial Park, Dallas, TX.
